Indian ‘Democracy’? By the Brahmin. Of the Brahmin. For the Brahmin

Today members of the Brahmin Castes (or ‘Forward Castes’) hold as much as 77% (yes 77%) of ALL governent jobs according to Khushwant Singh who wrote that, “In the senior echelon of the Indian Civil service from tha rank of Deputy Secretary upwards out of 500 there are 317 (or 63%) from the Brahmin castes; of the 26 State Chief Secretaries 18 were Brahmin; of the 27 Governors and Lt. Governors 13 were Brahmin; of 140 Ambassadors, 58 were Brahmins; of the 98 Vice-chancellors of Universities 50 were Brahmins; of the 438 District magistrates, 250 were Brahmins; of the total of 3,300 IAS officers (the elite Indian Administrative Service) 2,376 were Brahmins; of the 530 Lok Sabha (Lower House of the Indian parliament) members 190 were Brahmins; of the 244 Rajya Sabha (Upper House of Parliament) 89 were Brahmins.” Incidently the disenfranchised and persecuted 12% Muslim minority’s percentage of members of the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and the (provincial) Vidhan Sabhas has been reduced to less than 3% of the total membership. Some Democracy!
